(turns out the sign on the Japanese beach is not a no-smoking sign, it just list other things you can't do. I will have to go look for a sign at Japanese beach, Atticus thanks for covering the USA).Winner: Korea

Agreed, it would be even better if it was designed to sense smoke, and screamed in Korean when it did. If I happen to be at a beach in the USA in the near future I'll take a pic of a no smoking sign and sen it to you. Alhough I'm pretty sure Korea will still be the winner.
